If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns in the form of store credit on all items purchased provided you reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we're here to help!
You can return your product for store credit or a refund of the item(s) cost to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you are returning an item(s) they must be unused, in the same condition you received them in with all labels and tags intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. We will charge our listed shipping fee of $4.25 to dispatch your replacement.

Damaged or defective items can be replaced or refunded within 14 days of receiving. Please email us a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org. and we’ll gladly send you a new one!
In the event that an order gets lost during transit we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestic and international.
Please let us know if you haven’t received your package after four weeks and we will do our best to find a reasonable compromise!
Shipping & Tracking
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed within one to three business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number to confirm that your smunchies are on their way! :) Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to show movement on the carrier's site.
Allow 2-8 days for domestic deliveries.
Please note, any order placed on a major holiday or the weekend will be processed the following business day.
How long will it take to get my order? Can it be expedited?
We will work to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible :) With the Standard Shipping method, your package may take up to 7 business days to arrive once it's been processed and shipped.
If you need your package sooner, please select one of our expedited shipping methods at checkout:
Next Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST should ship the same day and arrive the following business day.2-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST should ship the same day and arrive two business days from the order date.

Where do you currently ship?
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. But we’re growing fast and hope to roll out shipping far and wide in the future!
How much does shipping cost?
We know unexpected shipping rates are a bummer so we are happy to offer a flat shipping fee of $4.25 for all domestic orders.
If your order if $45 or more, we offer free shipping for all US orders.
